- Reserve only dark products and light products color in 2-4 first wash.

- Size/size exchange is accepted when customers buy products at full price. For the sale program, only size exchange is allowed
- Customers please bear the two-way shipping fee when wishing to exchange goods. In case the product has a technical error, the shop will support the entire shipping fee

- Do not stack shoes and sandals on top of each other
- Use hard paper to keep the shape of the shoe toe
- Regularly deodorize the inside and clean the outside of the shoe
With shoe models made of matte leather and glossy leather:
+ Clean external stains with a damp cloth or soft brush.
+ Avoid using strong detergents.
+ Dry shoes in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight or high humidity.
With fabric/satin/velvet material:
+ Clean shoes with specialized shoe cleaning solutions. Use a soft brush or soft cloth to scrub gently.
+ Dry shoes in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
